Im 158cm (5ft 1'') tall and l weigh 44kg (88 pounds) and im at an intermediate to advandced level. So if you could tell me what size the ski should be and what type that would be, it would be great. l have been skiing in europe (on wetter snow) and am now about to do most of my skiing in BC (powder).

Check out the volkl bridge. Great powder/ big mountain ski.
Demetions are 130-92-112. It comes in 169cm length, which would be about right for you if you want to ski powder.

Hate to break the bad news to you, but the chances of u skiing dry pow in BC is near nil. They get most of their snow directly off of Pacific storms, wet, wet, wet. When l skied Whistler, the snow was like cement.

So go with ur standard, all mountain ski. That should do u just fine.

If u want to come to Utah & ski some true, classically dry pow, then get some wider skis, probably twin-tips even. Or them big fat powder monsters.

Honestly, l am an advanced+ skier (30 some years on snow), & all l need r three pairs of skis:

1. Regular all mountain skis (twin tips).
2. Fat boys for powder days (2 feet or more of snow).
3. AT skis for backcountry days.
