Im thinking about planning a ski trip for my self and a few friends for a few days during winter recess ( December 18th - January 15th) and was wondering the cheapest mountain to ski and stay at are. There would be about 5 of us going.

Sugarbush traditionally has a $5 day on December 25. You could hit that one day & snag a ski & stay at Killington. Big-K & the Bush r only about 1 hour away. l traditionally hit Sugarbush & Mad River one day when l go to Killington.

Bromley is daily tix r $39.that is what the letter l got said.

Check Killington is & Okemo is websites for special rate days for ur home state. Student rates r also common. You have to look on the websites for specific info.

l normally look for my deals first & then plan out my trip. There r only a few mountains that r not worth the trip. After 3 straight days at any one resort l get bored unless there r killer freshies.

Rutland/Killington is a pretty good place to stay if u can score some 2-for-1s or other deals. Stay off resort property & ski Okemo one day, Pico another, Big-K for 2 days, & make the 90 minute drive up to Sugarbush or the 45 minute drive to Bromley on another day.

4. Killington
5. Pico
6. Sugarbush
7. Okemo
8. Bromley
9. Smugglers
10. Any former ski slope that is now closed. Ski them if u have snow!
