There is another question on this same subject within the past two weeks. You may be able to find the answer by searching or look at my profile & find it through there. I'd type it out again but l have to go back to work.

Here u go man. This u can trust even though it is on !. A lesson is not a bad idea either. This is verbatim from another answer l gave, no matter what anyone tells you, u do not need a lot of speed for a 360 u will only hurt yourself until u get it dialed in then go bigger.

l am gonna have to disagree with more speed is better. Also u should not need to wind up very much for a 360. It is only one rotation, more than one & yes u will need to wind up a bit. The easiest way to learn how to spin a 3 is to find a small bump u can get a few inches of air off of. Hit it going across the hill if possible, this way if u yard sale u wont slide too far down the hill. As u come to the top of the bump, plant the pole in the hand of the direction u want to spin, & do a jump turn while popping straight up with ur legs. You will need to adjust ur speed after u get the feel for the bump, but keep looking over ur shoulder in the direction u r spinning. If u stop looking u will stop spinning. As u get about 3/4 around spot ur landing & focus on that. once u get the spin down with the pole plant, work on removing the pole plant. You do not have to start big, u will be a more rounded skier if u start small & then go bigger. Hope this helps.

Alex, u say do not listen to anyone on !, why is that? The rest of u kids as well, u say not to try this trick without supervision? That is retarded. You may not be able to understand directions without supervision but that does not mean everybody rides the short bus.

Do not even give it a try!
Take a private lesson with a certified monitor that will teach you, show you how to do one. Not try to reproduse what people write on Y!.

good luck,

Alex
