l can do boxes forwards all right. I am just wondering. l got a pair of Line Chronics and does the metal rails ruin the bottom of the skis ( like take chunks and deep scratches out of them?). Also when Sliding a wider box is that hard on skis to do sideways? Thanks Alot.

Sliding rails wo not take scratches or chucks from you skis unless you really fall hard. The worst it does is dull your edges right underfoot. Sliding boxes sideways is really easy just go up and spin 90 then when you come down land with even weigh on both feet and adjust your weigh between feet to keep your balance. Rails are much different just harder.

And speed helps you to balance.
