Want to buy new ski blades (ski boards, short skies).l like and spend most of my time going down double blacks and what not and just plain down hill skiing, l know skiblades arnt the best for that but l just like better then regular skiies, l was wondering what size ski blades l should get that are the best for down hill skiing and also terrain park.

first off.

i wanted blades at one point. like really badly.

i found out that whoever u are, no matte how badly u want them,
DO NOT BUY SK l BLADES.

there is no point.
they can not take any terrain park feature.
theyre NOT versatile by any means
they're ugly
snowboarders will laugh at you
they embarrass skiers, especially freestyle skiers
jumps r literally impossible.

just trust me. u will hate them after the first whole day of skiing.

l urge u to buy any pair of twin tip skis instead. they r far more versatile, they can easily take powder,
they can carve perfectly,
you can ride backwards with ease, unlike ski bladesss..
and by no meanse r twin tips terrain park specific. thats a stereotype.

You really do not want ski blades. l ski race, yes, the stuff u see on tv. And u really do not want ski blades because u cant get a good turn out of them. when u go down steep things, its harder because u dont have as much support as u would with longer skis. If u do decide to get ski blades then l would go with longer ones. Because the more u have under u the better. If u go fast then u want something longer. But if u r just goofing around & arent going to fast then go ahead & get ski blades. But l really would go for some regular skis. & if u r going to go into the parks, u really want something that can perform. ski blades r for beginners, well that is how l see them in my mind. if u really dont want long skis then u can go for a shorter ski, but still have it long enough to help you. It depends on how good u are, & u height & weight. if u r tall then u want something longer obviously, but l am about 5 foot & l have 150's. Hope this helps, if u need more help email me!!
