Looking for a place to go that does not cost alot. Fun for both kids and adults. Lots to do in one area. Going in December. We live in Florida. 2 babies. 3 kids ...8 adults. 2 ski, 1 snowboards, 1 wants to try ... 2 for snow and realxing and 2 for tubing and snow mobiles. Any ideas???? 2 hate to fly. =)

l have been to NC, l went to ski in WV and in Colorado.

North Carolina has some good places to ski in the Appalachian mnt. lots of fun also have a resort with hottubs , ice skating, snowboarding,......etc
and is not to far to drive

l really recommend Okemo it is in Vermont it is cheap & has everything & more then what u just asked for. You do not even need to fly u can get on a train from Orlando all the way to Virginia then u can drive. l know u have many people but if u do not want to fly those r my only suggestions.
