The big question would be this: what r u looking to do with ur skis?

Depending on the type of skiing you're wanting to do, there r different boards that would suit ur needs. If all you're looking to do is recreational skiing, then I'd suggest anything in the 185cm to 195cm range, as it would be a good size fit for ur height, while still allowing u the maximum responsiveness for the terrain u will be on.

However, if you're wanting to get into downhill racing, then a longer set of boards (210cm & longer) would be a better bet. To give u an idea, l am 5'9'' & raced on 215cm boards.wicked fast, but not all that maneuverable.

If you're still in doubt, stop in at a reputable ski shop & they will walk u through the selection process.
