l dont wanna lose my precious white gold to the effects of global warming.Is there a group or organazition where skiers can discuss this problem and help find ways to combat it?

My guess is there are skiers eleswhere doing this, but l have not heard of any movement comprised solely of skiers.

Yes. That organization is called Keep Winter Cool:

there are often articles about this topic in ski magazines. Freeskiier had an issue with many aritciles about the impact of global warming on the ski industry. do a little reasearch and you should be able to find an organization.. there are obvously people interested.

There is one in Norway. : Hvit Vinter (white winter). hvitvinter.no/ .
Recently incorporated into the national skiers assoc.
l am sure they are happy to branch out.
