none really, if you're used to wearing goggles. if you find one that fits correctly it should not cause any problems. if you're thinking of buying one, make sure you try on a bunch to see which fits the best, and take your goggles with you to make sure they will fit with the helmet on.

Most of the helmets do not restrict visibility at all. Only integral models (with chin protector) do a bit, but they're used mostly by pro skiers (for slalom).

No restricted vision, they are designed to give you a full field of vision, more than 180 degree peripheral.

find one that fits and it wont affect ur vision at all.if ur worried about ur vision u should be thinking more about ur goggles fitting.

A helmet does not restrict your vision any more than wearing goggles does.

Who is giving you these ideas? Wear a helmet or do not wear a helmet. It is you choice. If Mummy is telling you that you have to wear one be a good boy and do what she tells you.

my field of view isnt effected by wearing a ski helmet.
