l couldn`t leave my girlfriend at home, so she would have to get a job too. Does anyone know of any good companies that require staff for a season? She is experienced at running bars and a great cook. l am pretty much prepared to do anything, but l have no official cooking skills or experience in hospitality. I`m a quick learner.We are both 26 years old.

Pick the resort u want to work for, go to their web page & start looking for the jobs/ employment section. This is the time of year to start looking, Nearly every resort is now planning for this coming season, many have staff housing. Also the resort may have knowledge of other business in the area that r in ned of staff.
The resort may have lift operations & slope grooming in addition to food & beverage services. There may also be parking & valet services. Some resorts do not operate lodging facilities but some may be located in the immediate area. Willie D can offer some good advice also, more specific than mine. l just teach people to turn to the left like a good Democrat.

As someone who is ''veteran'' of ski seasons,since 1990!, l would recommend natives.com and especially anyworkanywhere.com, l wish l had the same options for research when l started my ski seasons!! Ironic that l was also your age when l came to Meribel for the first time?? .Enjoy.
