If you do not know how to do this without asking on Y! , you probably should not be doing it in the first place. Take them to the ski shop and have them adjusted by a pro..or get a job at a ski shop and learn how to set DINs the correct way.

Having said that:
You need to know the DIN settings for your bindings in relation to your weight and a screwdriver. Consult the chart and insert screwdriver into the proper adjustment points.

You really should take your skis to a shop and have them do it for you, trust me l work at a shop! It will only take 2 minutes, and most shops wil figure out the DIN Setting for you and let you adjust it yourself, it is really easy.

Take your skis, boots and yourself in to the ski shop and have them adjust the bindings. If you are having trouble with the release, they may be worn out and need to be replaced. At the very least, the skis should go in once a year for a tune up and a binding test. They do wear out over a couple of seasons. It is cheaper than a broken leg or a bad sprain that costs you several weeks of the season.
